  • A thoughtful aesthetic communicates legitimacy and boosts credibility.
  • Image-Heavy Emails Can Negatively Impact Deliverability -
  • - If email client's default image disablement means the recipient won't immediately see the images and assume it’s spam by default.
  • - Images are incorrectly tagged.
  • - Large image files can cause an email to load slowly, and this means the recipient will quickly lose interest.
  • Make sure layout is clear, font is readable, and don't use too many "spammy" terms that spam filters might catch.

  • Create a wireframe to determine the reading flow.

  • Use web-optimized images that load quickly and include alt text descriptions.
